Four bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x ground floor double, 1 x twin, 1 x ground floor twin. Bathroom with corner bath, basin and WC. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with doors to decked area with hot tub.

This detached lodge is on the Honicombe Manor Holiday Park in Cornwall and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. 3 Dartmoor Lodge is a detached holiday lodge on the Honicombe Manor Holiday Park near to Gunnislake in Cornwall. It has four bedrooms (two doubles and two twins) which, with the addition of two family bathrooms, makes it suitable for eight people. Also in the lodge is a well-equipped, fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with doors to a decked area and a hot tub. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and shared use of the estate grounds and facilities, including an indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool. With so much to do close by and with all of Cornwall to explore, 3 Dartmoor Lodge is bound to please.

Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, Bluetooth speaker. WiFi in site reception and bar. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private decked area with hot tub. Shared use of on-site leisure club at Honicombe Park (closed 25th December and 1st January only) including indoor heated pool, outdoor heated pool (May-Sep inclusive), sauna, mini gym, outdoor chess and tennis courts. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. On-site pub 3 mins walk, village shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Guests are responsible for simple daily testing of the hot tub. Full instructions are provided in the cottage. Note: On-site leisure facilities available to guests (closed 25th December and 1st January only). Note: Check-in 4pm.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Great sized property for a party of 8 adults. The property was well located on the edge of the site with uninterrupted countryside views. An ideal base for exploring North Cornwall and Devon, the train journey from Gunnislake to Plymouth was picturesque and extremely good value on the group ticket.
