Found on the gently curving coastline of Whitsand Bay, here you will find an opportunity to relax and take time out to explore this unspoilt region of Cornwall. The interior of this property is light, spacious and attractively arranged to provide a relaxing environment for all age groups, even the family pet is welcome. There are three bedrooms accommodating six people and two bathrooms. Boasting a separate lounge and dining room guests can relax in front of a cosy wood burner in the cooler months or sit round the table with a leisurely meal freshly prepared in the attractive kitchen. There is a lovely patio barbecue area to the back of the property with peaceful views over woodland and fields. To the front of the property there is a sunny patio on which to relax and maybe enjoy your meal at the end of your day exploring this fabulous part of Cornwall. Explore what this coastline has to offer and as well as having the beach within a short stroll you are only 5 miles from Looe and Polperro just 10 miles along the coast to the west or eastwards to Freathy Cliffs and Rame Head, superb walking along the coastal path and dramatic seascapes await. Visit the period houses of St Anthony, Cotele and Mount Edgecumbe Country Park, all lie in the hinterland of the Tamar. As a change from sea and sand walk the trails of Seaton nature reserve where the river flows down to the sea and enjoy peaceful woodland picnics or let children play in the adventure playground. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
