This one bedroom cottage on the edge of St. Austell sleeps two people. The Annexe, Cormorant Drive is a lovely wing to the owner's home situated on the edge of St. Austell. This all ground floor cottage sleeps two people and has a double bedroom, a shower room, a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Outside there's off road parking for one car and a patio with furniture and barbeuce. The Annexe, Cormorant Drive is a convenient base for a couple with plenty to see and do in the area, including Mevagissey, the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.

Gas central heating. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Patio with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Check-in 4pm. Note: No children or infants.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,On arrival we were greeted by the owner, he showed us around the property and explained all about it. The property is ideal for sightseeing as it is situated in an ideal location. We were very pleased with our holiday, so much so, we have booked to go back there in October. A really pleasant time was had there and I would recommend The Annexe, Cormorant Drive.
