This mid-terraced cottage in Kilkhampton sleeps four people in two bedrooms. No. 2 The Old Coach House is an end-terraced cottage in the courtyard of a friendly village pub in Kilkhampton, four miles from Bude. The cottage has a double and a bunks bedroom, and a shower upstairs. Downstairs is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining table and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for one car in the free pub car park, a shared courtyard, use of the pub's large garden and shared access to an acre of land for exercising dogs at the rear of the pub. No. 2 The Old Coach House makes an ideal base for enjoying Bude and the coastline beyond, or heading inland to explore North Cornwall or into neighbouring Devon.

Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, free WiFi in pub. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 1 car in free car park at rear of pub. Shared pub garden with lawn and seating. Shared acre of land for exercising dogs at rear of pub. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 mins walk, pub on doorstep. Note: Due to various events throughout the year held at the pub next to the cottages, there may be associated noise until late on some occasions, please contact the owner for more information.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
