The cottage can sleep six people in three bedrooms - one double, one twin and one room with adult bunks. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC and the living accommodation consists of a fitted kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside, guests have use of a lawned garden at the side of the property with a decked area, furniture and even a trampoline. Off road parking is availablefor two cars. With the amenities of Dunoon four miles away, and wonderful coastal scenery to enjoy on the Cowal Peninsula, Newton House makes a great base for a family holiday on the west coast of Scotland.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden at side of property with decked area, furniture and trampoline. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 0.6 miles. Note: Access road not suitable for low slung vehicles.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
