This semi-detached cottage is located on the edge of the village of Church Bay on Anglesey and can sleep ten people in five bedrooms. Bwthyn Awel is a semi detached cottage situated on the edge of the seaside village of Church Bay on the Isle of Anglesey. With three twin rooms and two ensuite double bedrooms, as well as a family bathroom, the cottage sleeps ten people. Also included in the accommodation are a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a large sitting room. Outside the cottage is off road parking for four cars and an enclosed garden with outdoor furniture. Bwthyn Awel is a luxurious cottage in a stunning location.

Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with FreeSat, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and 2 x stairgate. Off road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed, lawned garden with decking, BBQ and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 2 mins walk. Note: There is no door between the bedrooms and en-suite bathroom. Note: Strong winds can affect TV signal and reception. Note: Due to rural location, WiFi can fluctuate in speed. Note: This property is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:A fabulous house in a great location, this house was perfect for a gathering of friends. It is big enough to accommodate ten and small enough to still feel intimate, and the pub is less than a two minute walk away! The facilities were superb, and the communication from the owner was first rate.
