This detached farmhouse cottage is near the village of Llanddona and can sleep five people in three bedrooms. Bod Feddau is a detached cottage near the village of Llanddona, just three miles from Beaumaris. The cottage sleeps five people and has three bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, one with a standard double bed and one with a single, together with a family bathroom and a separate shower room on the ground floor. Also in the cottage is a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove, plus a conservatory. Outside is off road parking and a front lawned garden with a patio and furniture. Situated on the Isle of Anglesey, Bod Feddau is a lovely family holiday cottage all year round.

Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, fridge, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars, plus additional off road parking by arrangement with owner. Front lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops 4 miles, pub 1 mile. Beach 2 miles. Note: Garden not secure and there are sheep and cattle in neighbouring fields, children to be supervised. Note: Some external steps and surfaces are uneven, therefore care should be taken. Note: There is a small log cabin close by which is occupied 2 or 3 times a year by its owner.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Beautiful scenery, friendly owner\farmer - anything we asked was provided for. Anyone wanting to get away from stress this is the one. Definitely would recommend this one and we would like to go back soon.
