This cosy cottage has a ground floor twin bedroom, and a double bedroom on the mezzanine level. The bathroom is on the ground floor, as is the attractive open plan living area with its fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. There is also a small conservatory. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars, and guests enjoy shared use of a quarter of an acre of gardens and woodland. With the castle and waterfront of Caernarfon close by, the beaches of Anglesey and the Lleyn Peninsula easily reached, and all the wonders of the Snowdonia National Park a short drive, Fron Goed makes a terrific base for your Welsh holiday.

Electric panel heaters with underfloor heating in lounge/diner and electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, use of shared washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Shared use of quarter-acre front lawned and woodland garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk. Pub 1 mile. Note: Staircase is narrow with open tread. Note: Cottage is close to B4547.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:A lovely, cosy, clean & very well maintained cottage. In a very good touring location for North Wales. We thoroughly enjoyed our very comfortable stay at Fron Goed. Our hosts made us feel extremely welcome & were not at all intrusive although our cottage was next door to theirs. We'd highly (& will do) recommend their cottage to our family & friends.
