This delightful, detached cottage sits one mile from Bethesda in North Wales and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Ty Isel is a charming, detached cottage set one mile from Bethesda, on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park in North Wales. With one ground floor double bedroom and one eaves twin (possible restricted head height), this cottage can sleep four people. There's also a ground floor bathroom, a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside, there is an enclosed, rustic, wilderness garden with raised decking, furniture and BBQ. Ty Isel is a charming holiday home, boasting traditional features, and is located within easy reach of Snowdonia, and the beautiful coast.

LPG central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Private off road parking for 1 car in lay-by. Enclosed garden with raised decking, furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Steep staircase and steep garden, may be unsuitable for less able and very young guests. Note: Although the garden is enclosed, sheep are able to jump over the wall and into the garden, so dogs must be supervised when outside. Note: Restricted head height in the eaves twin and in some doorways.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:This was a beautiful cottage. It was immaculately clean on our arrival, and nicely decorated. We thought it was very cosy. The kids loved their bedroom. It was an excellent base to explore Snowdonia. I liked the attention detail and I definitely recommend it.
