With two bedrooms, a king-size double and a double, it sleeps four comfortably. There is also a bathroom with a separate toilet room, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside there is a front lawned garden, and enclosed rear lawned garden with furniture and a patio, and off road parking for three cars. Breeze Hill is a great base for a seaside break.

Oil central heating with electric fire and open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, TV with Freeview, CD/radio/iPod dock, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Secure garage for bikes/canoes etc. Enclosed rear lawned garden with patio and furniture. Front lawned garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Large sandy beach 5 mins walk.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:We had a warm welcome on arrival from the owner. The bungalow was well kept, comfortable and relaxing. The garden was huge and totally secluded. The surrounding area was ideal for walks, especially the coastal path.
