This detached cottage is located close to the village of Benllech and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Awel Mon is a detached cottage close to the village of Benllech just 1.5 miles from Red Wharf Bay. The cottage sleeps six people and has two king-size double bedrooms and one twin, all of which can be zip/linked on request, offering ultimate flexibility with the sleeping arrangements for your party. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and sitting room. Outside are front and rear lawns with outdoor furniture, BBQ and hot tub. Situated in the heart of Anglesey, Awel Mon is a delightful base from which to explore this lovely part of the country.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking 4 cars. Bike and watercraft storage in garage. Private enclosed rear garden with patio, hot tub, furniture and BBQ. Front lawn. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 mins walk. Beach 10 mins walk. Note: First floor has sloping ceilings with reduced head height to the side of the rooms. Note: No stag/hen parties, or similar.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:We had a lovely week in Awel Mon which was decorated and furnished to a very high standard and was spotlessly clean. The owner is a really nice chap and extremely helpful. The good location makes it approximately ten minutes walk down the hill to the beach, depending on how old the children are and how much you have to carry! Food shops were within easy walking distance.
