Mint Imperial - affectionately know as Minty - sleeps up to 4 in 2 double beds. She has a fixed double in a dedicated bedroom at the stern (rear), which also features a range of 'built-in cupboards and a spiral staircase leading up to the stern seating area and helmsman's stand. Her second double is made by converting the dinette area in the main saloon. The dedicated bedroom can be closed off from the main cabin. All bed linen is provided in the hire price.
A passageway separates the main cabin from the galley and main cabin. Along this passageway is a dedicated shower/toilet room, featuring a full-size corner shower cubicle; macherator toilet; and washbasin with marble-effect surround. There is storage in the vanity unit and open shelving for additional storage. Hand towels and bath towels are provided.
The fully fitted and equipped galley forms the first portion of the main cabin. It features a full-size fridge with freezer box; full-size 4 burner gas cooker; range of fitted cupboards; and granite-effect work surfaces. Cutlery, crockery and glassware sufficient for 4 people is provided. Tea towels and dish clothes are provided.
The galley adjoins the dinette, which seats 4 on 2 raised bench seats. The table is removable. There is storage space below the seating. The saloon, with 2 'easy chairs' has a tv/DVD/radio; small book case and log burning stove. Steps lead up from the saloon to the foredeck and bow of the boat. There are small chairs for sitting out on the foredeck, though most people opt to perch on the gunnels.
Minty's external paint and coach work is distinctive, being black and gold. She bears the crown logo of the Water-Babies parent company, Crown Leisure Services Ltd. Her interior is warm oak throughout, which - in conjunction with central heating and a most effective log burner - makes her a cosy choice for all-season cruising. Soft furnishings are neutral and fleecy throws are provided for further comfort during the colder months. Minty's cabin has several windows giving wonderful views of the countryside, canal and creatures that populate this delightful part of the country.
