112 KARO PLACE DEVON CLIFFS SANDY BAY HAVEN SITE

This is our 3 bedroom static holiday home situated on the beautiful Sandy Bay at Devon Cliffs on a Haven site.

At 38ft x 12ft it is a larger model offering a further double bed in the living space and plenty of space for your family to relax.

Bedroom 1 is a double with triple waldrobe and draws storage, a wall mirror and large washing basket. All mattresses are protected by covers but we request you bring your own linen and towels

Bedroom 2 is a twin room with cupboard storage with hanging space and a set of draws. The beds can be pushed together to create a double.

Bedroom 3 is a twin with cupboard storage with hanging space. The beds can be pushed together to creaye a double.

The living space has a fold out double bed hidden in the seating area, comfortable for two adults.

With double glazing, heatings in all rooms and a gas fire in the living area there is no need to be cold or uncomfortable! The cupboard by the entrance dorr holds a combination boiler so no waiting for warm water or running out mid shower!

Bathroom 1 has a WC and wash basin. Toilet roll, Soap dish and handwash pump provided.

Bathroom 2 has a large shower with mat, WC and wash basin. Toilet roll, Toothbrush holder and handwash pump provided and plenty of hanging hooks for those swimming costumes to dry or towels to hang! There are plenty of shelves for your personal affects.

The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils, bowls and oven trays. A full size cooker and saucepans makes it easy for self catering. Plenty of cupboard space allows for the full dinner sets and glassware collections along with food storage. A microwave, toaster, kettle and teapot make it home from home and a fridge with freezer compartment gives you space for those essentials! A kitchen bin is provided under the kitchen sink along with a slection of cleaning products. A drainer and hand soap are availble on kitchen sink and kitchen roll as standard. Various airers are available for towels and swimsuits to dry. The kitchen area is through the main entrance and has a moppable floor so easy to keep clean.

The storage cupboard holds an ironing board, iron, mop bucket, mop, broom, vacuum, and dustpan and brush. It also provides additional hanging space perfect for coats or extra clothes.

The Dining area is in a corner design, with a large corner table and can easily seat 8 people for dinner. 2 stools are movable.

The Living Areas main feature is the beautiful sea views out the large front window! A modern gas fire is centre piece and cushions provided to give a cosy feel and there is plenty of seating for all! There is a TV with DVD built in and freeview and a collection of childrens DVDs. A music system with mp3 and a side lamp. There are a selection of board games and cards to keep you entertained.

The entrance to the holiday home has 3 steps with grab rail off a flat patio area.

The patio provides a lovely space to rest on the outside seating or cook on the bbq provided. Buckets and spades and outdoor games are provided under the seats in the living area.

We are fully equipped for young children too! Available are Travel cot, extendable travel gate, bed guards, toilet seat, potty, and plastic cups/plates/cutlery make your packing lighter!

The holiday home is 5 minutes walk form the beach owned by the park. With golden sands and fossil cliffs theres plenty for a family day at the beach. The beach shack offers all the purchases you need for the beach and icecream! If the beach is not for you our location means you can access the many coastal paths around the area.

The site has multiple activities, something for everyone. Indoor,ourdoor pools, trampolines, climbing wall, highropes, variety of restaurants and takeouts on site, shops on site from spar to costacoffee a pottery craft shop and gift shops. A laundrette, evening entertainment options, segways, crazy golf, football, arcades, pool table and a time table of arranged nature, beach and survival activities with rangers.

NO SMOKING/NO PETS/NO PARTY GROUPS.

HAVEN RULES ARE NO STAG/HEN PARTIES OR SAME SEX GROUPS UNDER THE AGE OF 25.
