ETK have a policy that ALL users of ETK Lettings have verified accounts with us. Those Owners who carry the ETK Letting's Verification Badge, have provided paperwork to verify themselves and prove ownership. If we are still in the process of verification they will have the "Pending Verification Badge".
If we are unable to verify an Owners within 14 days they will have the "Not Verified Badge" set until we are able to give peace of mind to our customers until evidence can be gathered by our Management Team.
The Unique ID on the Verification Badge should match the Unique ID at the top of this advert.
