North Ives Farm Cottage is a mile away from the amenities of Skipton, and makes an ideal base for enjoying the beautiful Yorkshire Dales.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,North Ives Farm Cottage is in a great location and is a nicely laid out property with lots of information provided by the owner. A very relaxing atmosphere in a good central location for lots of heritage visiting.

,This was a small, comfortable and well equipped cottage. It's situated about a fifteen minute walk from Haworth where there are many good eating places. The cottage was cosy and had good facilities for eating in if you wished, which we did a couple of times. Lovely walks all around - very hilly so you need reasonable fitness if you don't want to use your car when there. Good bus service between Keighley and Hebdon Bridge. All in all we had a lovely week, even though the weather was pretty awful.
