Fuel, power and starter pack for stoves inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Ample off road parking. Lawned gardens and elevated large flat playing field, plus goalposts. Lockable summerhouse (for bike and equipment storage) with decking and pond, two patio areas with furniture and BBQ. Six acres of grounds with woodlands, wild pastures and streams. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pub and golf course 1 mile. Note: Grounds include steep banks, woods, unfenced ponds and streams, children to be supervised. Note: Catering available by prior arrangement with owner. Note: There is a spring water supply which is the only source of water. There is a three filter/high pressure pump system and ultraviolet light purification. Note: The six acres are for the private use of guests but there are two public footpaths crossing the grounds that are rarely used. Note: Maximum 12 guests plus 1 infant.
