This delightful stone built, semi-detached cottage, situated to the rear of the owner's Georgian Guest House, The Priory, in the heart of Middleham can sleep eight people in three bedrooms. The Coach House is situated to the rear of the owner's Georgian Guest House, The Priory, in the heart of Middleham. The cottage sleeps eight people and has a super king-size double and en-suite shower room, a room with adult bunk beds, a double bedroom, a bathroom, a fitted kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with an electric fire and an additional double sofa bed. Outside the cottage has free parking which is available in front of The Priory and shared use of the owner's lawned garden with BBQ, there is also a private roof top terrace with furniture. With excellent walking opportunities and amenities nearby, The Coach House is an ideal base for a holiday in Yorkshire.

Oil central heating with electric fire. Range cooker with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Parking is free and available in front of The Priory. Shared use of owner's lawned garden with BBQ. Private roof top terrace with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 min walk.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The property was excellent and the friendliness of the owners and their staff was absolutely superb. We had a fantastic holiday in an idyllic setting and we most definitely intend to return. Oh and the dogs loved the place too! We've already recommended it to some friends who have booked a week there soon, they'll have a great time I'm sure.
