A detached cottage sat in the village of Menston in West Yorkshire, sleeping two people in one bedroom. 1A Church View is a single storey cottage set in Menston in West Yorkshire. The property comes with a king-size bedroom and a bathroom, sleeping up to two people. Inside, you will also discover its open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside there is off road parking for one car and a small courtyard with seating. 1A Church View is a lovely restored cottage in a fine location for exploring all that surrounds it.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TVs with Freeview, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 mins walk. Note: The owners live in the house opposite (15 yards away).

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:We chose 1A Church View for it's location as its close to the Yorkshire Dales and has good train access to Leeds. A week wasn't long enough to explore the area, hopefully we will have the chance to return. I would definitely recommend staying here.
