The cottage sleeps two people in one double bedroom, with an additional cot bed available for children up to 4 years old. There is also a shower room with shower, basin and WC, along with a fitted kitchen with adjoining utility area and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside are off road parking for two cars and a lockable outside store. Guests also have shared use, with the owners, of an enclosed lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. With lovely scenic countryside all around, ideal for walking, and with Yorkshire towns and villages within easy reach, Green Clough Farm makes a great base for a romantic break.

Gas central heating with woodburning stove in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Fuel for woodburning stove available on honesty box basis. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot bed and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared use of owners' enclosed lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
