This terraced cottage is located in the village of Cononley near to Skipton and sleeps two people. Klementina is a terraced cottage in the village of Cononley near to Skipton in the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage sleeps two people in one double bedroom. There is also a bathroom, a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and a woodburner, original features and a window seat. Outside the cottage is a patio with furniture and a barbecue and one reserved parking space. Located on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales, Klementina is a lovely cottage in a beautiful part of the country providing a fantastic retreat.

Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, washing machine, TV with FreeSat, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking by the cottage. Rear patio with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The cottage was warm and comfortable, despite the rain and misery outside! The heating and hot water system gave us plenty of warmth and hot water. The kitchen was very well stocked and the shower was excellent, being separate from the bath.

The village and local people were extremely pleasant and the rail service was cheap and frequent. It was an ideal situation from which to explore the Dales.
