The comfortable and stylish accommodation is all on ground floor level and is capable of sleeping up to four people. This charming property lies two miles away from Whorlton and is situated on a former farm, three miles from Barnard Castle. The cottage has been imaginatively converted from an old stone stable and much consideration has been taken to transform the property into unique and superior holiday cottage, whilst retaining the original features and character throughout. The sitting, dining and kitchen areas are open-plan and the kitchen is well equipped with all mod-cons. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, making this a great cottage for a family holiday. The property is served by underfloor heating making it a cosy place to stay off-season. There is also an outdoor play area for the children and a small private courtyard for guests to relax in. To the rear of the property is open farmland and lots of pathways to explore, making this an idyllic rural retreat at any time of year.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
