This luxury, spacious mid-terrace cottage, set next to the owner's home, is in the market town of Wolsingham near to Hamsterley in the Yorkshire Dales and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Bridge House is a luxury, spacious mid-terrace cottage situated next to the owner's home, in the market town of Wolsingham close to the Pennines area of AONB. Boasting three double bedrooms, one with an en-suite, and a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep six guests. On the ground floor is the open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a cosy woodburning stove and a 55" 3D TV with Sky. There is also a glass mezzanine balcony area with seating area. Outside there is an enclosed garden and off road parking for three cars. Bridge House is ideally located for the local village amenities and for exploring the stunning surrounding countryside with nearby Hamsterley Forest offering a network of walking and cycling routes.

Electric oven and hob, fridge, washing machine, 55" 3D TV with Sky (with Sports and Movies packages), Blu-ray Home Cinema System, Infinity WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Front lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Restaurants 2 mins walk. Note: This property is on the banks of the Waskerley Beck and close to The River Wear. Note: The first floor bedrooms have sloping ceilings and eaves.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
