This 16th Century, stone-built barn conversion which is located on a working farm in the Yorkshire Dales village of Ravensworth sleeps seven people in three bedrooms. Larklands is a superb 16th Century, stone-built barn conversion on a working cattle farm one mile from the pretty village of Ravensworth on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage is all on the ground floor and has three bedrooms (one twin, one double and one family room with a double and a single day bed and ensuite facilities) and a family bathroom making it possible to sleep up to seven people. The cottage also has a large and spacious fitted kitchen with a dining area and a stone arch leading to the sitting room with an electric stove, exposed roof beams and patio doors to the outside courtyard which contains garden furniture. There is also off road parking available for three cars. Larklands is a beautifully renovated holiday cottage in a delightful part of North Yorkshire making this a superb location for a relaxing family holiday.

Rangemaster range with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, chest freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TVs (one with FreeSat and two with Freeview), DVD, stereo, WiFi, DVDs/CDs/books/games. Oil and electricity inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Small courtyard area with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops 4 miles, pub 10 mins walk. The owners offer fishing on their lake. Note: This property's water supply is fed from an underground spring. Note: The property sleeps 7 Including infants.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:This was a lovely location on a working farm. The cockerels got you up early enough to enjoy the day. The owner was lovely and kind and helpful. The standard of fixtures, fittings and furnishings were superb. We would definitely recommend it. As a base to Richmond and surrounding area it is great.

,Everything about the holiday was wonderful and made so by Larklands. The owners were the most welcoming of hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Our 18month old grandson had a whale of a time with all the animals. The standard of the property was extremely high and in our opinion could not be improved on in any way. We will certainly recommend this property to our friends and family and will not hesitate to return.
