An end terraced cottage sleeping four people in two bedrooms, on a rural site between Richmond and Barnard Castle. Willow Cottage is a lovely family base, set on a small rural site with 4 other holiday cottages (3 with Sykes Cottages) and a caravan site, between the market towns of Barnard Castle and Richmond. There is a double room here and also a twin, as well as a shower room. The accommodation here is all on the ground floor, and includes a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, and a sitting room with electric fire. Outside, there is a front patio with furniture, and off road parking. Close to Lightwater Valley theme park, Ripon, Durham and the countryside of the Moors and Dales, Willow Cottage makes a lovely year-round base.

Oil central heating with electric fire in sitting room. Electric oven, microwave, fridge, access to shared laundry with coin-operated washer and dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private, enclosed south facing garden with picnic bench/table. Access to 2 acre dog walking field. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Small shop on site for basics. Shop 3 miles, pub 1.5 miles.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The holiday we had here was more than we expected as the weather was in our favour. The owners are very friendly and the bungalow was as described, with great views of the countryside.
