Inside you will also find an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with balcony. To the outside is off road parking for one car and a balcony with furniture. Situated in a pleasant location and close to places of interest, 6 Mariners Point is a wonderful retreat in a desirable part of England.

Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 5 mins walk. Restaurants and marina 5 mins walk. Beach 2 miles. Note: This property has a balcony, children must be supervised at all times. Note: There is a lift to access the apartment.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:This is one of the best places we've stayed in! It was clean and well stocked and the finishing touches were done to a high standard. To top it all off the area was great and the owner was fabulous, nothing was too much trouble. Can't wait to return. Highly recommended 5 star.
