The cottage sleeps five people and has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom, a fitted kitchen with breakfast area and a sitting room with an open fire and a dining area. Outside, the cottage has ample off road parking and a small garden area with furniture. With stunning scenery and many picturesque places to visit nearby, Sunnybrae East Cottage is a lovely setting for a break in this beautiful area.

Eco electric central heating, with underfloor heating and heated towel rail in bathroom and open fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with YouView, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking at rear of cottage. Small, mature garden with furniture. Sorry, no smoking, no pets. Shops and pubs 1.25 miles. Note: Restricted headroom on staircase due to low beam. Note: This property will be a pet free property from the end of August 2018.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Loved the cottage - it was perfect for our family. Fantastic peaceful setting with access to walks of all kinds. The large living room was extremely pleasant and relaxing to be in.
