This cosy first floor apartment in the village of Coundon near to Bishop Auckland in County Durham and can sleep two people in one bedroom. Westerton View is a bright and spacious first floor apartment near to Bishop Auckland in County Durham. The cottage can sleep two people in one king-size bedroom and also has a bathroom and a ground floor WC. The rest of the property consists of a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, a separate sitting room and a ground floor garden room. Outside there is roadside parking for one car just outside the property. Westerton View is ideally located for a couple wishing to tour County Durham with its towns and museums but also being within reach of the coast, Yorkshire Dales and Moors.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Roadside parking for 1 car outside property. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:There was everything one could want in the apartment/flat. The picture on the website doesn't do it credit. Once inside you are taken aback as everything is a home from home and the owner cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable. She had everything one could want including a downstairs conservatory for holiday makers to use. I can definitely recommend it as it is very well placed to visit so many places. Hopefully we will be visiting next year.
