This single-storey barn conversion in Gilling West sleeps five people in two bedrooms. The Cartshed is a barn conversion on the edge of Gilling West. The cottage is set over the ground floor, with a bedroom at each end of the property. The master room has a king-size double and sofa bed, while the other bedroom can be a king-size double or a twin and benefits from an en-suite. There is a family bathroom with free standing bath, and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside is ample off road parking, and a garden area with furniture. The Cartshed is just a mile away from the village pub, and Gilling West offers walks into wonderful countryside, making this an ideal base for exploring this attractive region.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Ample off road parking. Outdoor seating area with furniture. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shops 2 miles, pub 1 mile walk. Note: Shared laundry facilities are available.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
