This delightful, single-storey barn conversion in the village of Butterknowle, sleeps four people in two bedrooms.  Grove Cottage is a superb, semi-detached, single-storey cottage adjoining a second holiday home, on the owner's land in the village of Butterknowle. With two bedrooms and a family bathroom, up to four people can enjoy a wonderful holiday. There's also an open plan living area with beams, hosting a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with multi-fuel stove. Outside, there is an enclosed, shared patio with furniture, BBQ and water feature, overlooking the owner's fields with resident cows. There's also off road parking for two cars. Grove Cottage is a delightful base with luxury touches, perfect for discovering this delightful area.

Oil central heating with multi-fuel stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer in utility, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared enclosed patio area with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.3 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Two steps up to front door.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:This Cottage was the best we've stayed in! Very high standard and the owners were very helpful and friendly. The shower and bathroom were again, a very high standard. We'd stay there again!
