There is also a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside there is roadside parking for one car, an enclosed rear garden with furniture and a separate sitting area to the front. Cherry Tree Cottage is a great base for those looking to explore this fascinating area, with Hawes and Bainbridge just a short drive and some of the most beautiful scenery in the Dales right on the doorstep.

Power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking opposite cottage for 1 car in lay-by. Enclosed rear garden with furniture and sitting area to the front. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Village store 8 mins walk, pub 2 mins walk, tea rooms 1 min walk. Note: The main road passes the front of the cottage and some road noise may be heard. Note: Steep stairs to the first floor landing. Two steps from the landing to the bedroom and one step from the landing to the bathroom.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:A great cottage in a great location, with a great coal fire. It was a short walk to Aysgarth Falls and there was a great pub within a short distance.

,Perfect location for walks from Cherry Tree Cottage and also for driving to all areas of the dales.The village was also very nice and with the Asgarth falls and hotel just a short walk away it was perfect.The cottage was ideal for a couple and on the 2 days of cold weather was very cosy on our return.
