This sixth floor seafront apartment in Bexhill-on Sea sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Tobago is a sixth floor apartment opposite the beach in Bexhill-on-Sea. The apartment sleeps four people. There are two bedrooms comprising of one king-size double and one twin, as well as a bathroom with separate shower. There is a fitted kitchen with a American-style diner, a music room containing a record player and a double sofa bed, a sitting room and a dining room. Outside the apartment are two balconies with furniture and roadside parking. Tobago is a unique apartment situated in an enviable seafront location.

Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, record player, WiFi, selection of books, games and records. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking. Two balconies with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 8 mins walk. Beach opposite. Note: Due to balconies and elevated position, this apartment does not accept children. Note: The entire building, including balconies has a very strict no smoking policy. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
