This delightful first floor apartment is situated in Bexhill-on-Sea and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Bowman's Retreat is a superb first floor apartment situated in the town of Bexhill-on-Sea. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of a king-size double with sitting area and a twin, together with a bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area, with roadside parking available on a first come, first served basis. Bowman's Retreat is an ideal base for a couple or small family with plenty to see and do in the area with many attractions in the town itself.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen, towels and beach towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking on first come, first serve basis. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Beach 5 mins walk. Note: At the rear of the property there is a railway line running behind trees approx. 50 yards away, therefore some associated noise maybe heard. Note: This apartment accepts children over 5 years only.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
