This one bedroomed cottage is located in the village of Stoke Ash near Eye. Hidden in the depths of the beautiful Suffolk countryside, just outside the village of Stoke Ash, is this detached, converted farm building which offers a cosy rural retreat on a working arable and livestock farm. The Bullpen sleeps two people in a double bedroom with an ensuite wet room, a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a garden with furniture. Set on a working farm, The Bullpen is a lovely cottage in a beautiful part of England.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Private garden with patio and furniture. Off road parking for 2 cars. Two well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk, pub 1 mile. Note: Babes-in-arms only. Note: The owners' keep pigs near the property.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:In a quiet rural situation. The accommodation was comfortable and warm and it was useful to have a secure garden area to contain our young dog.
