This spacious house near Tresaith sleeps twenty people in eight bedrooms. Bryn Berwyn is a lovely property with elevated sea views, less than a mile from the sandy beach at Tresaith. There are eight bedrooms, one on the ground floor, six with en-suites and two with adjacent bathrooms. Four rooms are twins, two are doubles and two are family rooms with a double bed and two single beds. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a small dining area, a large dining room and three sitting rooms, one with no TV and seating for 10, and the other two with seating for eight. Two of the sitting rooms also have open fires. Outside is a raised veranda with a hot tub and furniture, and communal lawns. Bryn Berwyn is very well placed for discovering this part of the coastline, with day trips on boats, walks down the coastal path and days spent on sandy beaches or pretty quaysides just waiting to be enjoyed.

Private rear patio courtyard and large raised decked veranda with furniture. Communal lawned gardens. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk downhill (longer coming back). Note: Check-in 4pm.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
