This wonderful, semi-detached cottage near Little Haven in South Wales can sleep six people in three bedrooms. The Grange is a delightful, semi-detached cottage, situated just one mile from the seaside town of Little Haven near Haverfordwest. The cottage has a double and a twin on the first floor along with a bathroom, and on the ground floor there is a further twin room with Jack-and-Jill access to a bathroom, also accessible from the hallway. There's a kitchen with dining area leading into a sitting area, and a separate sitting room with a fire. Outside is an enclosed garden and patio with furniture, and off road parking for three cars. The Grange offers beautiful country views and provides friends and families with a perfect Pembrokeshire holiday base.

Oil central heating with open fire. LPG range cooker with oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, CD/radio, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Starter pack for fire provided Sep - Apr inclusive. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed garden and patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 10 mins walk. Note: Two shallow steps in garden.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The location of the house couldn't have been more ideal. The house itself was great; very spacious and having 2 bathrooms was brilliant too. Loved the kitchen, it was a great open space.
