This detached cottage is located in the seaside town of Tenby and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. The Orangery is a detached cottage located just a couple of minutes walk from the centre of the seaside resort town of Tenby in South Wales. The cottage has two double bedrooms and one twin, as well as two family bathrooms, making it suitable for six people. The rest of the accommodation includes a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a gas fire. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with outdoor furniture. Perfect for families, The Orangery is a fabulous cottage in a popular seaside town.

Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, small library of games, books and DVDs. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden and patio with garden furniture, balcony off two bedrooms. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The space in house was great, especially with a little child. It was a good location and a bonus having parking.
