Located in the heart of Saundersfoot, this superb first floor apartment can sleep four people in two bedrooms. The Potter's Wheel is a superb first floor apartment, located in the heart of Saundersfoot, and can sleep four people. The apartment has a double bedroom with a Jack-and-Jill door leading to a bathroom, a twin bedroom, a shower room and an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside, there is parking for one car, in a car park 50 yards from the property, with a permit supplied. The Potter's Wheel is a wonderful holiday base.

Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair. Permit for 1 car in public car park 50 yards from property. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs, restaurants and beach 2 mins walk. Note: Property accessed at rear up flight of stone steps. Note: Although no pets allowed, the owners occasionally stay with their dog. Note: The corridor to the twin bedroom and shower room is lockable, and when locked it makes a small self-contained unit. Note: This apartment doesn't have access to a garden. The occupants of the apartment above do have a garden, but this is not available for guests to use.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:In a great location and the property was well equipped, with a great shower, plenty of hot water and a good central heating system. It was everything we needed.
