This cosy end-terraced cottage in Saundersfoot sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Sandyhill House is an end-terraced cottage just an easy walk from the sandy beach in Saundersfoot. The cottage has a double and a twin plus a bathroom on the first floor, with a kitchen with dining area and a welcoming sitting room on the ground floor. Outside is off road parking for two cars, and an enclosed patio with furniture. Sandyhill House is a short walk to the amenities of Saundersfoot, and offers good access to Tenby, the Coast Path and more.

Gas central heating with electric stove. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, small selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed rear patio garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and beach 12 mins walk.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
