This detached dairy conversion is located near the village of Crymych and can sleep two people in one bedroom. Old Tether Barn is a detached dairy conversion near the village of Crymych just eleven miles from Cardigan. The cottage sleeps two people in one king-size double bedroom with family bathroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner and a first floor snug. Outside is off road parking for four cars and a front lawned garden with side patio, both with furniture. Situated in the Pembrokeshire countryside, Old Tether Barn is a lovely cottage from which to tour this lovely part of the country.

Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, Wi-Fi, DVD, CD/radio. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for 4 cars. Lockable bike storage. Front lawned garden and side patio with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pub 2.5 miles. Note: Not suitable for wheelchair users as has some interior steps and there are steps up to the entrance. Note: The owner's have a dog. Note: There are resident bats in the roof space of the cottage. Note: Water supply is from a bore-hole. Note: Adults only. Note: Maximum stay at this cottage is 7 nights

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
