The cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms - one double, one twin and one single. There is a bathroom with claw-footedbath, basin and WC. A fitted kitchen, and a sitting room with a woodburner and dining area with gas fire complete the living accommodation. Outside there is a garden with lawned and patio area with furniture. Off road parking is available for two cars. With access to the shoreline from the bottom of the garden and with the attractions of Pembrokeshire within easy reach, Lydstep makes a great base for a family holiday in South Wales.

Gas central heating with woodburner and gas fire. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, CD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars, plus unrestricted roadside parking outside property. Garden with lawn and patio area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk. Bar in yacht club 1 min walk. Note: Garden has some steps, a small covered fish pond and bolted, gated access directly onto the shoreline - children to be supervised.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The view from the garden down the river was wonderful. I could have spent the whole 7 days just sitting there. Fabulous! Heating in the house was brilliant. Lovely Kitchen with good appliances. Very comfy beds and cosy duvets. Super dining area with lots of room.
