This beautiful, character cottage near Narberth, Pembrokeshire, sleeps eight people in four bedrooms.  Four-Acres Barn is a charming, traditional cottage set three miles from Narberth in Pembrokeshire. With four bedrooms offering a range of accommodation, a ground floor wet room and a first floor bathroom, up to ten people can stay. There's also a kitchen with dining area on the ground floor and a first floor sitting room with woodburner and beautiful, full-length windows enjoying the view. With a balcony leading from here and a private patio, along with a large shared garden area and 3-acre paddock, there are plenty of places to enjoy the surrounding scenery. Four-Acres Barn is a wonderful choice for your Pembrokeshire holiday.

Underfloor central heating from ground source heat pump (with individual thermostats in every room) and woodburner. Twin electric ovens and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machines and tumble dryers in shared utility, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 4 cars. Private patio with furniture plus shared use of lawned garden and 3-acre paddock with furniture, firepits and BBQs. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 mins walk, pub 4.5 miles. Note: Deep waterarea in shared paddock area is fenced off (Please take care especially with children around this area) Note: Although ground floor bedroom and wet room, this cottage is not suitable for wheelchair users. Note: Please refrain from using electronic audio equipment (except with headphone) in the grounds. Acoustic instruments can be used in the grounds until 10.30pm. Note: This property does not accept any Hen/Stag parties or similar

Property Feedback:We had a fantastic time during our week there and would have loved to have stayed longer. The barn itself is welcoming and comfortable, and recently refurbished to a high standard with lots of features. The owners are very discrete but are friendly and helpful if needed, which was very nice. We booked as a three-generation family group of 6 adults and four children, and the barn was a good size for us, and enjoyed by all. Highly recommended and we hope to come back again.
