Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room (seats 8) with sofa bed. Second sitting room.

This detached cottage is close to the village of Pembroke near to Tenby and can sleep nine people in four bedrooms.  Primrose Hill Farm is a lovely detached cottage situated close to the village of Pembroke just ten miles from Tenby in Pembrokeshire. The cottage can sleep nine people in two king-size double bedrooms, one triple bunks and one single bed with a pull-out trundle bed and a cot, together with a family bathroom and ground floor cloakroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and two sitting rooms. Outside is ample off road parking and a garden with a hot tub, patio, furniture and two paddocks. Primrose Hill Farm is a beautiful property from which you can explore the surrounding area.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs (one Smart) with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and 2 highchairs. Ample off road parking. Bike storage. Enclosed gravelled and lawned garden with decking, hot tub, furniture, BBQ, table tennis, lawn games and two paddocks. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.7 miles. Note: There is a stream in the second paddock, children should be supervised. Note: There is a well in the field which will be covered and flagged. Note: The sofa bed is for flexibility only. Note: Max occupancy 9.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
