Coed y Gelli is a delightful conversion on an old cow byre which retains plenty of original charm and character with open beams, a four poster bed, a wood burner and generously spacious accommodation. Located in a lovely rural location five miles from the bustling market town of Abergavenny on the owner's working stud farm close to Llanarth, the property is decorated and furnished to a very high standard throughout. A lovely romantic retreat, Coed y Gelli offers accommodation including one double bedroom, and an open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is a pretty garden to enjoy, and the cottage's proximity to many walks and attractions makes this a wonderful location for a 'get away from it all' break.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD player, music player, WiFi, small library of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Fenced off garden area with furniture and BBQ, plus shared use of owner's large lawned garden with unfenced pond, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 5 miles, pub 2 miles. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The cottage was the perfect base to go off and explore the local area. The fireplace in the cottage was great for the slightly colder evenings. The stud farm was really idyllic and having the horses and foals right next to the cottage was a real highlight for a horse lover like myself. Had a really wonderful time and would certainly return for another holiday.
