This semi detached cottage is set in a quiet courtyard just two miles from the Pembrokeshire village of Wolfscastle and can sleep two people in one bedroom. The Old Stable is a semi detached cottage in a quiet courtyard alongside two other cottages near to the village of Wolfscastle in Pembrokeshire. Based on the ground floor and set out in a studio style, this cottage contains a double bed, a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove as well as a shower room. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for one car, a private patio and shared use of a lawned area with garden furniture, a barbecue and children's play equipment . With its neighbouring cottages, The Old Stable can sleep up to twelve people and is in a wonderful location for exploring all of the delights of South Wales.

Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, shared use of washing machine and tumble dryer in separate laundry room, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, books/games. Selection of DVDs in shared laundry. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 1 car. Private patio with furniture plus shared use of lawned area with picnic tables, BBQ, children's swings, football goal and outdoor games. Shared use of secure storage for bicycles/surfboards with a hanging area for wetsuits. Well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Water from a spring (fully tested and filtered). Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead within the cottage grounds. Note: Festive welcome pack and seasonal decorations provided for Christmas bookings. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
