Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x double, 1 x adult bunks. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area and woodburner.

This well-appointed end-terrace holiday cottage is set in the coastal village of Ferryside and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. 

Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair. Roadside parking for 1 car outside property, plus free parking in car park 2 mins walk away. Enclosed patio with decking and furniture plus enclosed front courtyard. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 2 mins walk. Note: Due to the property being next to a road, some traffic noise may be experienced. PLEASE DO NOT APPROACH THE OWNER REGARDING WORK BOOKINGS - THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT WORKERS.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Lavender Cottage was superb, very well equipped and very welcoming. We were pleased with the enclosed yard at the back so we could leave the door open for the dog. I would certainly recommend this Cottage to anyone.
