Roadside parking for 1 car outside property, plus free parking in car park 2 mins walk away. Enclosed patio with decking and furniture plus enclosed front courtyard. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 2 mins walk. Note: Due to the property being next to a road, some traffic noise may be experienced.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property Feedback:Lavender cottage was very good value for money the week we picked. We enjoyed the relaxed and homely atmosphere of the cottage. Lots of nice touches and the cottage was equipped over and above the norm. Lavender cottage is in an absolutely brilliant location close to the beach with breathtaking views. It is close to a restaurant, pub and stores and has the great advantage of a regular train and bus service. We found everyone very helpful and friendly, including a local garage who checked my car when a warning light came on. We would definitely go again.
