This superb, semi-detach barn conversion, five miles from Monmouth, Wales, sleeps eight people in four bedrooms. Cwrt St Thomas is a delightful, semi-detached barn conversion, adjoining the owners' home on their working cattle and sheep farm, set in beautiful countryside, five miles from Monmouth. With four bedrooms including one king-size double, a further standard double, a twin and an adults bunks bedroom, this cottage can comfortably sleep up to eight people. There's also a bathroom, a ground floor shower room and a kitchen with dining area (seating 6), a separate dining room (seating 6), a utility room and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside, there is off road parking for four cars plus a front lawned garden with patio area, furniture, a climbing frame and BBQ, plus shared use of a raised lawned area. Set on a working farm, with the possibility of watching and feeding the animals, and with walks from the door and cycling routes nearby, Cwrt St Thomas offers a charming, rural base for your next countryside break.

Oil underfloor heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, payphone, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Two travel cots and highchairs. Off road parking for 4 cars. Front lawned garden with patio, furniture, climbing frame and BBQ, plus shared use of raised lawned area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 5 miles, pub 2.5 miles. Note: Set on a farm, with animals in adjacent sheds and farm traffic, children to be supervised when outside. Note: Water supplied from owners? private borehole. Note: No mobile signal. Note: Fuel for the wood burner is not provided, however this can be purchased on the farm.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:A wonderful quiet location and very spacious and comfortable accommodation. My two year old twin granddaughters loved the sheep, dogs, chickens and the tractor. We would love to return again with the girls to enjoy the beautiful setting. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.
