Three of the bedrooms on the ground floor also have patio doors opening out on a veranda with sea views. The cottage also has a first floor kitchen with a dining area, a first floor sitting room and a landing with a seating area. Outside, there is off road parking for four cars, an enclosed front veranda with a four-seater hot tub and a lower level lawned garden with furniture, a barbecue and an enclosed covered pond. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property Feedback:A beautiful house! The living area was absolutely stunning, with huge windows making the most of the wonderful views across the sea. It was fresh and clean. The hot tub was fantastic at the end of a busy day enjoying everything the area has to offer. The bedrooms were beautiful and immaculately clean.
