This wonderful, detached country house sits in superb grounds next to the owner's home, three miles from Blairgowrie in Scotland.  Rosemount House is a superb, detached country house set next to the owner's home, three miles from the town of Blairgowrie in Scotland. With eight bedrooms, five with en-suites, this property offers flexible sleeping for up to 15. There's also a family bathroom, a ground floor cloak room, a kitchen with dining area for 14, a utility room, a dining room with seating for 12, a drawing room with seating for 9 and an open fire and a sitting room with seating for eight and a second open fire. Outside, there is ample off road parking, along with lawned gardens to the front and rear with furniture and BBQ, as well as a fantastic heated pool, which is open from May to September inclusive. Rosemount House offers large groups of friends and families with exclusive holiday accommodation.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:We particularly enjoyed the location of the property with stunning views from the front rooms and the garden. The property layout provided for flexible use and there was lots of space for children to play with the toys provided. We loved the well equiped kitchen with the AGA for intimate family meals and the formal dining room was perfect for our bigger meals. It was well equipped for large numbers to dine. The drawing room with its large open fire provided an excellent room for us to use in the evenings and the sitting room (next door) with its TV could be closed off when the TV was being used or opened up to make more space when not. The hot tub was located so we could enjoy the views. Any queries during our stay were promptly responded to by the property manager.

,Rosemount House is a lovely house, in an lovely area. We stayed for a week and there were 10 of us and a dog. The house is massive and very well equipped. The hot tub and pool got used a lot, and the dog thought the country walks were fantastic. The scenery was amazing. The owner was incredibly helpful, especially in trying to sort out some issues we initially had with the pool and hot tub upon arrival. Blairgowrie is a lovely little village. Would most definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a holiday in the country.
