This detached, Grade II listed cottage in Winster sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Rose Cottage is a delightful Grade II listed cottage in the conservation village of Winster. The cottage has one king-size double and one double, as well as a bathroom with bath and large walk-in shower. Downstairs is a kitchen with breakfast table, and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside is a rear patio and roadside parking. Rose Cottage is a short walk from the shop and pub in Winster, and offers easy access to the beautiful Peak District countryside, pretty villages, market towns and historic houses.

Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, 4K Smart TV with Freeview, Blu-ray DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Roadside parking on a first come, first served basis. Rear patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 mins walk. Note: Four steps down to bathroom. Note: Please note this property is available for bookings starting on Fridays only unless agreed with the owner. Please therefore enquire with the office if you wish to start your booking on any other day of the week

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,The cottage was beautifully decorated and furnished; it felt like a home from home. Everything was thought of, from a dressing table to the paintings on the wall that made it feel homely. Winster is well situated for local attractions and landmarks, including Matlock Bath, Bakewell and Chatsworth.
