Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:We went as a surprise birthday weekend for my partner. As there were a lot of us I was worried that we would be on top of each other but the bungalow was so spacious with excellent facilities. It was very clean and had everything that you needed. The kitchen was amazing. There was plenty of room in the lounge and dining room for us all to be together. The outside area was lovely and set in a lovely location. There were pubs in walking distance. We had a brilliant time, would definitely recommend it and will definitely be going again!

,This is our second visit to Manor House. It is a great property and location for touring the Peak District. It is excellent for a family get together of 10 and brilliant for the disabled or those with walking difficulties. Would highly recommend this property.
